Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: 21-April-2025

At Visto Jewellery, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You must raise the return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  • For returns, a complete unboxing video is mandatory from the beginning of the package opening, without any cuts or edits.

To request a return, please email us at info@vistojewellery.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos and video of the product showing the issue
  • Reason for return

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • If the returned product meets our quality check standards
  • If the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch

Important Conditions:

  • A full unboxing video (from start to end) is mandatory to claim any refund or return.
  • Products returned due to “not liking” or “change of mind” will not be eligible for refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought on sale or discount are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized, bulk, or special orders cannot be returned.
  • Any product returned without original packaging or with signs of use will not be accepted.
  • This is a non-returnable item. If you simply don’t like it, it will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
