Return & Exchange Eligibility

Return/Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

All tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Select your order and choose Return or Exchange.

If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our office:
We will share pickup/drop details.

A flat ₹150 return shipping fee applies, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- A flat ₹90 exchange fee applies, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will exchange it at no cost. Please ensure you provide a parcel opening video as per our policy.
Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (we’ll request your details).

The return shipping fee (₹150) is deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

If you prefer a different size or color, choose Exchange while raising the request.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Important Notes
Note: A valid unboxing video is required for processing claims. Requests without it may be declined.
