Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Return/Exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, accessories, and packaging must be intact.

  • Customized, discounted, or final-sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at info@vistojewellery.com

  2. Select your order and choose Return or Exchange.

    • If pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our office:

      We will share pickup/drop details.

       

  3. A flat ₹150 return shipping fee applies, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  4. A flat ₹90 exchange fee applies, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  5. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will exchange it at no cost. Please ensure you provide a parcel opening video as per our policy.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the item, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (we’ll request your details).

  • The return shipping fee (₹150) is deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

  • If you prefer a different size or color, choose Exchange while raising the request.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Parcel Opening Video - Quick Guidelines

    To support your return or exchange request, please follow these steps when recording the unboxing video:

    1. Start Before Opening

      • Begin recording before you open the parcel.

      • Display all sides of the sealed package with the shipping label visible.

    2. No Edits or Cuts

      • Record in one continuous shot—no interruptions or edits.

      • Continue recording until the product is fully visible.

    3. Clear & Visible

      • Make sure the lighting is good.

      • Clearly show the product, invoice, and packaging.

    4. Inspect the Product

      • Show the item from all sides.

      • If there is any issue (missing, damaged, or incorrect item), point it out in the video.

Note: A valid unboxing video is required for processing claims. Requests without it may be declined.
