Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of confirmed payment on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive both email and WhatsApp updates for order confirmation and dispatch with tracking details.

Delivery Timeline

Within India: 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location (metro vs rural).
International: Timelines vary by country and shipping option. Customs and duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking & Couriers

We ship with trusted courier partners. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared via email/WhatsApp. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Address & Delivery

Please ensure your address, phone number, and pin code are correct at checkout. Couriers usually make 2–3 attempts. If the shipment is returned, extra charges may apply for re-delivery.

Verification on Delivery

Some deliveries may require a signature. Always inspect the parcel before signing. If the package looks tampered with, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video (if damaged). We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges set by the destination country. These costs are borne by the customer. Delivery timelines may vary due to customs processes.

Delays & Peak Times

We usually dispatch within 24 hours. However, delays may occur due to weather, strikes, holidays, or peak festival seasons. We will notify you in case of expected delays.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. Once dispatched, rerouting may not be possible. Extra charges may apply for shipments returned or reshipped.
